We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the name and address of the buyer are stored by the webshop operator using cookies.
In addition, the following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: Telephone number and email address. Data is not transferred to third parties, except to the transport company / shipping company used by us to deliver the goods and to our tax consultant to comply with our tax obligations.
If the shopping process is cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted. The name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase data is stored beyond that right up to the expiry of the product liability (10 years). Web Analysis

Our legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR is the improvement of our content and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.
Data processing is based on the statutory provisions of 96(3) TKG and Art. 6(1)(a) and/or (f) GDPR.
User data is stored for 26 months – 90 days in the case of cookies.

Our website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We have entered into a contract with the provider to this effect for data processing. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the EU-US Privacy Shield.
Cookies are used which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will truncate and thus pseudonymise your IP address beforehand within the member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. This means that only rough localisation is possible.
Only in exceptional cases will the entire IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, for compiling reports on website activity and for providing the website user with other services relating to website activity and Internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be associated with other data by Google. You can prevent this by setting up your browser in such a way that no cookies are stored; however, we would like to point out that by doing so you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.
You can also stop Google recording and processing the data generated by the cookie and relevant to your use of the website (including your IP address), by using the following link to download and install the plug-in available for your browser: Browser Add On to disable Google Analytics.
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your user data on this website by clicking the following link. An opt-out cookie is activated which prevents the collection of your data during future visits to this website: deactivate Google Analytics.

Your Rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law or your data protection rights have been infringed in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde (Data Protection Authority).
