On obtient ainsi une fente de coupe conique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La t\u00eate de coupe STM avec Taper Angle Control (TAC) int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et une plage de pivotement allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 12\u00b0 compense l&rsquo;erreur angulaire. En effet, il emp\u00eache l&rsquo;\u00e9cart habituel entre le bord sup\u00e9rieur et le bord inf\u00e9rieur du mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 d\u00e9couper &#8211; l&rsquo;erreur d&rsquo;angle mentionn\u00e9e au d\u00e9but. Le r\u00e9sultat est un amincissement en forme de V sur le bord de coupe. De facto, le \u00ab\u00a0STM TAC\/12\u00a0\u00bb compense automatiquement l&rsquo;erreur angulaire \u00e0 moins de +\/- 0,01 mm. Et ce, m\u00eame avec une vitesse de coupe jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 4 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. La d\u00e9coupe avec une inclinaison allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 12\u00b0 est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s importante dans l&rsquo;application pratique.
